Marcos Benito Álvarez

Guest author | Marcos Benito Álvarez is a Spanish political scientist and international relations graduate from Universidad Rey Juan Carlos. He is currently completing an M.A. in Transnational Governance at the European University Institute in Florence. His main interests include EU foreign policy, transnational governance, and the political and regulatory implications of artificial intelligence.
