Euro Prospects is built by the students and young professionals who write for it. We are a publication of sober and high-quality analyses on European affairs — a volunteer-run, non-profit publication with contributors across Europe and beyond.

Available upon request from your section editor or the Editor-in-Chief.
What we expect
All roles at Euro Prospects are voluntary and unpaid. Expectations include consistency and:
- One article published every 2 months, on a topic of your choice (subject to approval)
- Availability to peer-review draft articles (~1-2 times/month), typically those within your area of expertise
- Active participation in team communication
Roles available
Policy & Thematic Correspondent
You cover a specific subject area of your choosing — for example, Transatlantic Relations, EU Enlargement, or the Digital Economy. There is no fixed list; if you have a clear area of expertise or sustained interest, we want to hear it. More than one person can hold the same correspondent position.
Country Correspondent
You cover political and policy developments in a specific country, usually one you know well from proximity or direct experience. Most country correspondent positions focus on European states, though coverage of non-European countries is available upon request where a strong European angle is present.
European Strategic Policy (ESP) Unit
EP’s dedicated think tank, producing policy briefs on European strategic sovereignty across defence, technology, trade, energy, and digital infrastructure. The ESP unit runs on a separate intake process. Learn more and apply here.
Social Media & Design
EP is also looking for individuals interested in managing our social media presence across LinkedIn, Instagram, and X, or in graphic design (primarily article thumbnails and edition visuals).
