Rhea Koutouzou

Outreach & Partnerships Associate • Originally from Greece, Rhea has a background in international governance, human rights, and European external relations, having studied and worked across Stockholm, The Hague, and Vienna. She holds an MSc in Public Administration, specialising in International and European Governance, and a BA in International Studies, specialising in the Middle East, from Leiden University. Her experience includes supporting the Human Dimension portfolio at the EU Delegation to the OSCE, leading communications and outreach at a peacebuilding NGO, and conducting foreign policy research for the Dutch Ministry of Foreign Affairs. Her interests centre on human security, fundamental freedoms and the relationship between international institutions and civil society. At Euro Prospects, she supports outreach and partnerships to connect European policy debates with wider audiences.
