Kristian van der Bij

Correspondent for the Netherlands | As a European Studies student in Leeuwarden, Kristian is engaged in studying the European Union in a political and cultural sense. He mainly studies EU and NATO foreign and defence policies and has a particular interest in transatlantic relations. He writes for Euro Prospects on social and political issues in the Netherlands. Kristian holds a minor in journalism and is active for the Dutch National Youth Council within the European Affairs working group, for which he teaches young people about the EU.
