Global Social Policy Correspondent | Based Atlanta, U.S., Payton (she/her) is an American with experience in global comparative policy from Lille, London, and Amsterdam. She joined Euro Prospects as a contributor in 2024 to contribute her expertise in global policy issues. Having a Bachelor’s of Science in Accounting and Juris Doctor in Health Law, she has both an analytical and culturally-cognizant approach to policy review. Her passion for Social Policy stems from her time studying under Professor Martha Fineman whose Vulnerability Theory argues for societal insulation for the benefit of individual resilience. Miss Tubbs has career aspirations of working in Global Social/Health Economics & Policy in a Paris based role where she combines evidence synthesis with political advocacy to promote prosperous populations.
