Midas van Dijk

Midas works as a finance and strategy consultant and likes to read and write on political economy. He is Dutch and lived in South Africa and Spain before moving to Den Haag. He studied both political science and business administration and has written Regionalizing Eurasia: a book on what action should be taken to thrive in a deglobalizing world. In 2021 he founded Fire of Europe to foster more policy discussion at the EU level. | Areas of interest: Monetary policy (first and foremost the Eurozone); Corporate finance; Energy policy; Trade policy.
